22nd New Zealand Scout Jamboree 2019/2020

Hosted in New Zealand every three years, the locations of Jamboree alternate between the North and South Islands.  This year’s Jamboree was in Mystery Creek, south of Hamilton from 28th December to 7th January. Scouts, Venturers, Rovers and Leaders from all over New Zealand were joined by international scouts from 17 different countries.

Over those eleven days tents became home and strangers became friends.

But time spent in tents was brief for the 3,443 Scouts and 1,500 adults as there was a plethora of activities to take part in, including abseiling, rock climbing, quad biking and a boat load of water activities.

St. Chads attended along with St. Heliers and Orakei Sea Scout to make up 2 troops, UKS and Wholemeal.
