Congratulations to St Chads Scout Group who celebrated their 70th anniversary on Saturday, 16th May, 2026. It was a fun filled day of activities, catching up with previous Leaders, lots of great chats, recognition of Kaiārahi, an awesome turn out from Ōrākei Local Board, and how good is that sunshine! 

As Group Leader Mark Willson highlighted in his speech, where he touched on the history of the Group, it's no small feat keeping a Scout Group going, and the strong community of leaders and whānau in St Chad's was evident on the day.
